You can achieve a subtly dramatic yet inherently natural lash look with natural volume extensions. This technique involves carefully applying lightweight, multi-lash fans to each lash. The key is to create fans that enhance volume without appearing heavy or overly made-up, perfect for those seeking effortless elegance.
Cancellation Policy
General Guidelines A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. First-time clients are required to complete a brief intake form to ensure the best possible experience and to address any potential health concerns. The form will be provided upon booking. Would you prefer to fill it out in person? Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. Refill Policy To keep your lashes looking their best, we offer multiple refill options based on how much time has passed: 1-Week Touch-Up: For appointments booked within 7 days of your last visit. 2-Week Fill: For appointments booked 8–15 days after your last visit. 3-Week Fill: For appointments booked 16–21 days after your last visit. Note: If less than 30% of lash extensions remain or if it has been more than 21 days since your last fill, a full set may be required. Foreign Fills: If your current lashes were applied at another studio, a $10 assessment fee will be applied. For the best outcome, we highly recommend sending us a clear photo of your lashes prior to your appointment for a preliminary assessment. Late Arrival, Reschedule & Cancellation We understand life happens, and we’re here to accommodate: There is a 10–15 minute grace period depending on the service booked. Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened or need to be rescheduled. Arrivals after the grace period may require rescheduling and may result in a forfeited deposit. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained. Client Comfort & Service Assurance Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. If you experience any irritation during application, we will stop and remove the lashes free of charge. If you're unsatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours. We are committed to ensuring you leave feeling confident and loving your lashes.
